Homes We Love

At Feniks, our cats are part of our family. They sit on the furniture, sleep on the beds and generally do whatever they like (within reason). So..when we are adopting out our babies, we are looking for homes that will love them the way we love their parents.

Feniks Maine Coons share their home with a couple of rescue cats and a Jack Russell terrier (see Uncle Ben). They are very social and just want to make friends with everybody! Having said that, a Maine Coon will happily live as a solo pet, provided it has plenty of entertainment (although it may still scratch the couch or knock everything off your dresser!).

Basically, the home we want most for our kittens, is the one that truly wants a Maine Coon, where someone has read about or looked into the breed and is prepared for what it means to welcome one of these soft hearted gentle giants into their home.
